Traps alone rarely solve a rodent problem for long. All Over Pest Control seals the gaps rodents are using first, then sets a trapping and bait plan calibrated to your Oakland, CA property. Pet food left in a garage or a compost bin near the foundation often turns out to be part of the draw.
We seal every entry point we find before removal, because trapping without exclusion just means a new population within weeks. We track which entry points were sealed on each visit, so repeat calls don't start from zero. We track which entry points were sealed on each visit, so repeat calls don't start from zero.

A mouse fits through a gap the width of a pencil, so we check every utility line, vent, and foundation crack before sealing.
Trap placement follows rodent travel routes along walls and behind appliances, not random spots around the room.
Locked bait stations placed along the foundation perimeter intercept rodents before they reach the structure at all.
Once rodents are cleared, we remove contaminated insulation and nesting material that can carry odor and health risk.
Droppings, gnaw marks, and travel patterns differ between mice and rats, and treatment plans change based on which one we find.
